SHIPPING POLICY
Most items for sale in my online shop include free shipping via US Postal Service to the USA, lower 48 states (from Oregon). For other destinations, I will calculate additional shipping and packing costs and contact the buyer for those separately. Payment must be received in advance of shipping items.

Because over-packaging (and especially single-use plastic) adds cost and waste to our shared planet, you might find items shipped by me are using recycled packing materials. It might not look as pretty-- but will securely deliver your items unharmed. Please contact me if anything arrives damaged so that remedies can be made.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
My artwork is original, one-of-a-kind. I do my best to show you accurate details before purchase. If you are unhappy with the purchase, please contact me using the form below. I will refund the cost of artwork, but you will need to cover return shipping in most cases. Custom artworks (like address signs) are not refundable as they are made to order. Instead, I will communicate via email with previews of the work in progress so you can give me any feedback and approvals before the work is completed.
